Two Grafton High School students and one Tabb High School student (pictured below) are recipients of Sister Cities Yorktown scholarships for the 2019 French student exchange. Students depart March 24 to visit and attend classes with students in our sister city of Port-Vendres, France, and their high school in nearby Ceret. Students also will visit Barcelona, Spain, and Paris, France, returning April 5. French students will visit York County in the fall.

Since 2013, Sister Cities Yorktown, has donated $2,000 annually for students exchange scholarships and French teacher grants. The program is administered by the York Foundation for Public Education.
